What are your limits? It’s up to you to determine in what area of life. This could be energy, relationships, brainstorming, productivity, writing, movement, feeling, talent, skill, etc. And through that examination, where might you be shorting yourself? How can you push those limits? Or have you pushed far beyond your limits and it’s starting to undermine you?
Take 5 minutes and free-write about this prompt. If anything uncomfortable comes up then simply acknowledge it while you’re writing then ask for it to be released. There’s nothing to be fixed right now. The only goal is awareness, insight, and freedom of expression.
