It's a simple question but much can be tied to it. We often believe we're doing our best when perhaps we have a little more to give, aren't organized, or doom a lot of doom scrolling as low quality rest. Or the other side could be a beating ourselves up for reaching our limits and authentically doing the best we can.
Give yourself 5 minutes to write our what comes up for you around this prompt. Be gentle with yourself. If anything uncomfortable comes up just thank yourself for the insight and ask for it to be let go. Nothing needs to be solved right this moment.
